Imagine that everything you did was written down on a t-chart. On the left go the things of the world, and on the right the things of a Christian. If this was written down every day, which side of the list would be longer: that of the world or that of a Christian?

Many times, throughout the New Testament, there is a plead that we read over and over; to walk in a worthy manner (Eph. 4:1, Philip 1:27, Col 1:10, etc.). It is not enough that we talk about Christ to others, it is not enough that we come to services on Sunday or Wednesday. As Christians, we are called to walk in a manner worthy of the One who called us.
As we fix our eyes and thoughts on Jesus, consider how He walked while on this earth (Hebrews 4:15, 12:2-3). Jesus showed us the way that we are to walk, even though we are in the world and surrounded by it, we are to be separate and distinct from the world. If our life was charted, would the world, or Christ, be able to tell that we were living for Him? As children of God, and His chosen possession, let us make the best effort to walk our life in Christ.
